Professional Training and Background

Dr. Jim received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, graduating Cum Laude in 1997. After graduation, Dr. Jim completed National Board certification for all 50 states and currently holds individual state licenses in New Jersey, Georgia, and South Carolina. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Jim practiced in Georgia and South Carolina before returning to New Jersey.

Dr. Jim first became familiar with the benefits of chiropractic care after suffering a low back injury. This episode is what sparked his interest in the field of chiropractic and health care. To remain current in his field with new techniques and treatment methods, he annually attends continuing education classes which allow him to provide quality chiropractic care to his patients.

Treatment Philosophy

While practicing in the south he worked in diverse clinical settings in both Georgia and South Carolina. These various clinical settings provided him with valuable patient experiences which helped to shape his treatment philosophy and focus on a family oriented practice.

The goal of his family practice is to help people of all ages, from newborn to the elderly, with an array of health concerns, including sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and golfer's elbow, headaches, allergies, bulging discs, neck pain, shoulder pain, scoliosis, low back pain, and more.

Dr. Jim is available for lectures on many health issues, and has volunteered his time speaking to groups and organizations teaching the natural health benefits of chiropractic.

Outside of Work

Dr. Jim has charitable affiliations with Family & Community Services of Somerset County, The Food Bank Network of Somerset County, and the American Red Cross of Somerville. He is also an annual sponsor of the Somerset Patriots, the local baseball team, and the Edison Light Cruisers for old car enthusiasts.

While practicing in Georgia, Dr. Jim was an active volunteer for the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society. Associations with these organizations has him involved with numerous community health fairs, safety related functions, and fund raisers, including Safe Kids, Relay for Life, and The Cattle Baron's Ball.

Dr. Jim is dedicated to offering quality health care to help restore and maintain vibrant health and well being. Dr. Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, hiking, running, baseball, and fly fishing.
